"I called Mike to cancel my renters insurance and said he would take care of it. A year later after my car insurance was switched to another carrier, and there was still a bill for renters insurance. That's when I realized Mike didn't take care of it. Also he was rude. Don't put your trust in Mike, he doesn't take responsibility for his verbal promises."
